Online Store

When You purchase or download products from this Site, AID may collect your credit card number and its expiration date. Also, personal data such as Your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information may be collected for the purpose of fulfilling a product order. If you do not wish to give us Your credit card number or other personal information over the web, You may place an order with a representative over the telephone by calling us at 1-323-845-1155.

Generally

Personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information may be collected from You in order to respond to a request for additional information about a product/service or about AID. If You contact AID, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

AID will ask You for personal data when You report a problem with the Site or enter a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion sponsored by AID and/or our third-party partners. AID may also occasionally ask You to complete surveys that we may use for research. Many promotions offer opportunities to request additional information from third-party sponsors. By requesting more information, You give AID permission to transfer Your personal data to such sponsor so that they may fulfill Your request.

You hereby agree that AID may collect, use, store, maintain, transfer, and delete Your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We provide your credit card information to the credit card processing company to charge you for your purchases and we provide your name and address to our fulfillment house to ship products to you. The fulfillment house is not permitted to send your information to anyone else.

AID will release personal data to other parties only with Your express consent, unless (i) releasing such information is otherwise required by applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or court order or (ii) AID has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Terms and Conditions of Use or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) AID's rights or property, other AID users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Where AID does release Your personal data to AID clients or business partners, AID will first require them to agree to use such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and only for the purposes for which it was collected.

The disclosure of personal data as contemplated in this Privacy Policy may be to a party outside Your home jurisdiction. When You provide personal data to this Site, such data is stored on secured servers that may be located overseas but that are protected by this Privacy Policy. AID takes reasonable steps to protect Your personal data from loss, misuse, or other unauthorized uses, and to remove Your personal data when it is no longer required for its intended purposes.
