Some Details About the Pro Tools|HD Native System!

• The Native Core System will include both the Pro Tools|HD Native PCIe card, and Pro Tools|HD v8.5 software.

• The Native System will support up to 4 HD Series interfaces, for up to 64 channels of audio. In addition to the latest generation of HD Series interfaces that were just announced last month, the Pro Tools|HD Native System is compatible with the older "Blue" HD interfaces, such as the 192 I/O, 192 Digital I/O, and others.

• Not only will the Pro Tools|HD Native system run Pro Tools|HD software, it is also an open system and hence supports both Core Audio and ASIO with up to 64 channels of I/O. You can run Logic, Nuendo, Wavelab, and others with your Pro Tools|HD Native system!

• The Pro Tools|HD Native offers groundbreaking native performance for very high track counts with very low latency: less than 1ms in "low-latency mode".

• The new Native Core card contains 2 DigiLink Mini ports, with support for 32 channels of audio on each, or support for a single HD MADI I/O.
