General Location Directions

We are located in Hollywood at 1155 N. La Brea Avenue at the SW corner of Lexington Avenue. That is between Santa Monica Blvd. and Fountain Avenue, just 3 blocks South of Sunset Blvd. and 5 blocks West of Highland Avenue. Our building has no signage other than the number, but is white with black windows. Parking is free in our rear lot (off Lexington - feel free to double park) in addition to free street parking, but be sure to observe all posted parking restrictions.

From The Los Angeles International Airport:

• Follow signs from the terminal to the 105 FREEWAY EAST.
• Take the 105 Freeway East to the 110 HARBOR FREEWAY NORTH.
• After passing through the downtown area, get on the 101 HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY NORTH.
• EXIT at SANTA MONICA BLVD. and turn LEFT.
• Continue on Santa Monica Blvd. approx. 2 miles until you reach LA BREA AVENUE. Turn RIGHT.
• Turn LEFT onto LEXINGTION AVENUE, which will be the very next street.

From The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport:

• Exit the terminal and go SOUTH on HOLLYWOOD WAY.
• Turn RIGHT onto OLIVE AVENUE. The road name will change to BARHAM BLVD.
• Turn RIGHT onto CAHUENGA BLVD. W, then immediately turn RIGHT onto US101/HOLLYWOOD FRWY. SOUTH
• Go SOUTH on US101/Hollywood Freeway to the EXIT at HIGHLAND AVE / HOLLYWOOD BOWL
• Continuing South, turn RIGHT onto FRANKLIN AVE.
• Turn LEFT onto LA BREA AVE.
• Turn RIGHT onto LEXINGTON AVENUE, which will be the first street after Fountain.

From Santa Monica:

• Take the 10 SANTA MONICA FREEWAY EAST
• EXIT at LA BREA BLVD and turn LEFT
• Continue NORTH for approx. 4 miles
• Turn LEFT onto LEXINGTION AVENUE, which will be the very next street after Santa Monica Blvd.

• Take the 10 SAN BERNARDINO FREEWAY WEST
• EXIT to the 101 HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY NORTH.

• Continue on Santa Monica Blvd. approx. 2 miles until you reach LA BREA AVENUE. Turn RIGHT.
• Turn LEFT onto LEXINGTION AVENUE, which will be the very next street.
